Government Services

ASI provides support services to a variety of Government and commercial organizations as prime and as a subcontractor. This support is on-site and/or off-site and includes contract types ranging from cost-plus and firm-fixed-price agreements to time and materials and delivery order type contracts. Our performance is supported by a cost accounting system that has been reviewed by the Defense Contract Audit Agency and found to be compliant with federal standards. ASI is a Small Business in most NAICS code size standards. Further, ASI maintains an International Traffic and Arms Regulation (ITAR) registration required for conducting international business.

Information Technology / Technical Solutions

ASI supports information technology activities for numerous Government organizations. For example, we have provided project management support and technical solutions to Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) IT programs since 1997. Over this time we have helped ensure application of the latest solutions for their IT challenges.

Information Technology / Help Desk

ASI has supported multiple help desk activities including Tier 1 and Tier 2 support at the Peterson AFB clinic and the Fort Carson medical contracting unit. At NORAD / US NORTHCOM we provide 24 hour help desk / watch support to monitor and maintain the systems we rely upon for national security. Additionally, we lead and managed a help desk that supports roughly 40,000 Microsoft Share Point users for Air Force Space Command.

Information Technology / Training

ASI has supported operations and technical training at the AFSPC MAJCOM Communications and Coordination Center (MCCC). Our staff applied the Instructional Systems Development model to assure the technical staff at the MCCC were fully capable and prepared to support operational tasks.

Information Solutions Technology / Network Support

ASI provided network support services to AFSPC, NORAD / NORTHCOM, and the USDA Forest Service. Our support included design and engineering of classified and unclassified networks, project management, site surveys, technical solutions, implementations, trouble shooting, configuration management, testing and certification.

Information Technology / Video Teleconference Support

ASI supported the NORAD / NORTHCOM Video Teleconference center. We provided secure and reliable communication to agencies and their executives tasked with assuring homeland security. Our staff operated, maintained and continually developed this capability.

Information Technology / Operations and Maintenance

ASI supported the operations and maintenance of systems at AFSPC and NORAD / NORTHCOM. Our support includes system administration, network maintenance, configuration management, process documentation, help desk / watch, and storage and disaster recovery management.

Information Technology / Information Assurance

ASI has provided information assurance support to the Missile Defense Agency, the National Space and Security Institute, and the AFSPC Space Analysis Division. These services include assuring compliance with directives and regulations, developing Certification and Accreditation documentation, developing NIACAP processes, DIACAP and FISMA compliance, training and tests and evaluation.

Systems Engineering / Logistics

ASI supports the AFSPC Directorates of Requirements and Acquisition Logistics by providing life-cycle deployment planning, logistics, and site activation planning. Our support includes coordinating the efforts of engineers for Ballistic and National Missile Defense elements. We also provide briefings, white papers, and technical reports of data analysis with recommendations.

Systems Engineering / Modeling and Simulation

ASI provides services related to Modeling and Simulation planning, acquisition, and management to the Missile Defense Agency. Additionally, we developed a stand-alone information technology solution for the AFSPC Space Analysis Division. The solution is capable of supporting a wide variety of modeling and simulation applications with varied hardware and software requirements.

Systems Engineering / Management

ASI supports a variety of management activities related to Space Control. These include maintaining project schedules, tracking tasks and project status, managing resource allocations, technical advisement, and providing inputs to decision-making processes.

Professional / Public Affairs Support

ASI provided public affairs support to the Missile Defense Agency. We support the gathering and release of program information, publishing of press releases, fact sheets, and other documentation and visual informational products. We also support and present material at events attended by high-ranking U.S. officials and foreign dignitaries.

Administrative Support

ASI provides broad administrative support services to the DoD to include planning, scheduling, and tracking tasks. We also process travel information, provide executive support, records management, documentation maintenance, data collection and reports and briefings preparation.
